Kirkwood Courtyard

Landscape Design / Patio

Our client had a small courtyard behind her condo with an old, cramped concrete patio that was not conducive for entertaining. She wanted a space that she could be proud to host guests in but was not sure what could be done with such a small canvas. Our designers were able to create a space that not only provided her ample room for entertaining but felt like her own hidden oasis. The patio floor was constructed using an oversized cut bluestone that compliments the salt and pepper granite steps and helps brighten the space. The bubbling urn provides the soothing sound of running water that helps drown out the sound of traffic, and the plants and landscape lighting make the space feel cozy and private. This is proof that small spaces can make BIG statements!
